Food Porn at St John

I spent most of Saturday afternoon in St John Restaurant in Spitalfields. I'm never able to resist taking photos, so here they are!


foie gras and duck liver toast


butternut squash, butter beans and goat curd


clementine jelly with jersey cream and vanilla/poppyseed biscuit thingy


lemon curd meringue

I also spied them preparing one of their infamous whole roast suckling pigs
