On Friday me and Sean taught a beginners class near Angel. I got a lovely email this morning:

Thank you so much to yourself and Sean for coming along and performing for us on Friday, the dance lesson was brilliant - you really got people involved and it was such a fun and socialable dance! Just what we were looking for and it is obvious how much you both enjoy yourselves too.   We would like to extend a HUGE thank you the both of you for helping us to raise £620 for charity.  Due to the generosity of people such as yourselves and your dancers donating their time and expertise, we are able to donate 100% of this money to charity – 50:50 between Shelter and The Big Issue.

Me and Tim entered a contest on Monday at the 100 club. It was a bit last minute and quite terrifying but good fun. Someone posted a few highlights (with bits we f***ed up cut out luckily ;) ) on youtube (I'm the one in the turquoise top/black skirt) I also was on Strictly Come Dancing very(!) briefly this weekend. Supposed to be doing some jam circle type stuff for a film at the weekend as well, no idea what it is though. Unfortunately I don't get paid for this stuff so my dream of becoming a full time lindy bum is still on the back burner ;) (I'm the one in the sailor dress)
